Another oldie is The Cross and the Switchblade , a story of street gangs and situations which unfortunately have not changed much over these recent years. If like many people, you find the Bible difficult to read and understand, you may appreciate The Story of Stories. Written by Karen C. Hinckley, it presents the Bible from beginning to end in narrative form while listing where the text may be found along with maps and charts and an index of persons and places. It is hoped that these selections will be fully used by our church members. Library books can be borrowed on the honor system, keeping in mind that items should be returned within a reasonable length of time in case others wish to use them.
